1. Organizer
The contest is organized by Devold Retail AS, org. no. 975 984 184, O.A. Devold-vegen 16, 6030 Langevåg, Norway (“Devold”, “we”, “us”). Contact: post@devold.no. By entering, you accept these terms.

2. Who can enter
You can enter if you:

New subscribers: fill in the form, tick both the newsletter and the contest checkbox, and confirm your subscription by the end of the contest period. Entries without a confirmed subscription are not valid.
Existing subscribers: fill in the same form with the email address you are subscribed with and tick the contest checkbox.

Entering is free and does not require a purchase. Taking part requires a newsletter subscription. You can unsubscribe at any time, and if you do so after entering validly, your entry stays valid.

Employees of Devold and of companies in the same group, staff of agencies involved in running the contest, and members of their households cannot enter.

You can enter once. If someone enters more than once, uses several email addresses or uses automated or fraudulent methods, Devold may disqualify those entries.

3. Contest period
The contest runs from Monday 26 October 2026 at 00:00 to Monday 9 November 2026 at 23:59 Central European Time (CET).

4. Prizes
Two Endurance kits are given away, one to each of two winners. Each winner chooses men’s fit or women’s fit. Each kit contains:

Total value per kit is NOK 6,046 (recommended retail prices in Norway).

Winners give their choice of fit and their sizes when they reply to the winner email. Sizes depend on availability. If a size is not available, Devold will offer the nearest available size or an equivalent product of at least the same value.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services, and cannot be transferred. Devold may replace an item with one of equal or higher value only if the original is unavailable for reasons outside Devold’s control.

Devold delivers the prizes free of charge to an address in one of the eligible countries. If your country taxes prizes as income, that tax is your responsibility.

5. Draw and winner notification
The winners are drawn at random from all valid entries on or shortly after 10 November 2026. Devold documents the draw. Winners are contacted only by email, at the address they entered with, no later than 13 November 2026. Please check your spam folder.

To claim a prize, a winner must reply within 7 days of the email being sent with their full name, delivery address, phone number (for delivery), choice of fit and sizes. Devold may ask for reasonable proof of eligibility, such as age or country of residence.

Devold may draw a new winner, using the same procedure, if a winner does not reply in time, is not eligible, or cannot be reached for delivery based on the details they gave.

Winners’ names or photos will only be published with their explicit consent.

6. Personal data
Data controller: Devold Retail AS, O.A. Devold-vegen 16, 6030 Langevåg, Norway, post@devold.no.

Data we process: your email address, first name (if you give it), your entry details, and the record of your newsletter consent (including the time of your double opt-in confirmation). For winners, we also process full name, delivery address, phone number, choice of fit and sizes.

Purposes and legal bases:

Recipients: service providers who process data on Devold’s behalf, such as our email platform provider Voyado and the carrier delivering the prizes.

Storage location: within the EEA.

Retention: newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Consent records are kept as long as needed to document the consent. Entry data for participants who did not win is deleted no later than [3 months] after the contest ends. Winners’ data is kept until the prize is delivered, and after that only as long as bookkeeping law requires.

Your rights: you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You can withdraw your consent at any time, for example via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or by contacting post@devold.no. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it. You can complain to Datatilsynet (Norway) or to the data protection authority in the country where you live. Full details are in Devold’s Privacy Policy [link].

7. Liability
Devold is not liable for technical failures, disruptions or errors outside its control that affect entry, the draw or winner notification, for example internet or email delivery problems. Nothing in these terms limits Devold’s liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or any liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.

8. Changes and termination
Devold may change, suspend or end the contest only for good reason, such as technical problems, suspected fraud, legal requirements or force majeure. Changes will not put participants with valid entries at an unreasonable disadvantage. Any changes will be announced on the contest page.

9. Social media
This contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Facebook or Instagram.

10. Language versions
These terms are available in English, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish and German. If the versions differ, you can rely on the version in your language.

11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. If you are a consumer living outside Norway, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence. We aim to resolve any dispute amicably first. If that fails, you can bring the dispute before the courts where you live or before Møre og Romsdal District Court (Møre og Romsdal tingrett). You can also contact the consumer body in your country: Forbrukerrådet (Norway), Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (Sweden), Forbrugerklagenævnet (Denmark), Kuluttajariitalautakunta (Finland), Universalschlichtungsstelle des Bundes (Germany) or Schlichtung für Verbrauchergeschäfte (Austria). Devold is not obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, and does not do so.
